Owners rarely lose control of a project all at once. It goes gradually: a programme that stops being updated, variations agreed verbally, inspections that happen but are not recorded. By the time the reporting looks wrong, the evidence needed to fix it is months old.
We represent the owner and hold the governance: one structure for decisions and authority limits, one programme, one cost position, one quality record — and reporting that shows the evidence behind each number rather than a colour-coded summary.

Construction interface and quality management, ITPs, inspections, material approvals, non-conformances and close-out.
Commissioning & handover
Testing, commissioning, acceptance, handover, warranties, O&M manuals and defects-period support where included.
HSE observation
Health, safety and environmental observations and escalation within the agreed role.

Supervision and management do not transfer anyone else's duties to us. Health, safety and environmental obligations, and construction means and methods, stay allocated by contract and by law to the parties that carry them. Our role is to observe, record and escalate within the authority the appointment gives us.
That authority — what we may approve, what we may only recommend, and what must go to the owner — is written into the appointment before work starts.
