We survey the asset, test where testing is warranted through accredited providers, and turn the findings into a priority plan: what must be done now, what can be scheduled, and what it will cost across the asset's remaining life rather than this budget year.
The same work supports refurbishment, extension, retrofit, façade renewal and adaptive reuse — where the question is whether the existing structure can carry a new use at all.
